Appointments
Appointments are requested through Instagram DM, text, call or the request form on this site. Please provide accurate contact information when booking so Chass Hair Nation can reach you with appointment details.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
Late arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals 30+ minutes late may need to reschedule.
No-shows
No-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
Payment
Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay and card accepted.
Hair prep
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise specified for your service.
Deposits
Deposit requirements are confirmed by Chass when your appointment is booked.
